Substrate-to-Substrate Gap Sensor

  • Sensors measure the substrate-to-substrate gap once at the entrance of the copper sulphate plating sector and once again at the exit.

    Works with RFID to sound an alarm if the substrate-to-substrate measurement taken at the exit of the copper sulphate plating sector differs from the measurement taken at the entrance. Also capable of producing wire and hanger inspection alarms.
